The cartridge must have a stylus for 78rpm records. If the turntable does not have a 78 speed play it back at 45rpm. Record it and using the software you have or get one such as Audio Cleaning Lab, just select the option to convert from 45 to 78. You can then carry out any audio modifications to clean it up, then save it as an MP3.
Never use a 45/33 stylus to play a 78 and never use a 78 to play a 45/33 record.

Where do you get the different stylus?

You need to know the make/model number of the cartridge. It might be on it it! With that you can search Google for it. Lots of sellers on E-Bay do them, got one from there a few months back, works great.

Is there any way to record my voice and load it onto this mp3 player?

Yes you can easily do this by many ways . Use your PC using the sound recorder to record . Now convert the same file to the format required for the player -MP3.
You can also use any players with recording facility or even your mobile phone- voice recorder- to do the job and transfer.

CAN'T HEAR MUSIC, IT SAY FORMAT ERROR,WHAT DO I DO?

Your getting a format error because the format of the song, video, etc
you are trying to play is not the format needed by your MP3 player to
play the song,video,etc.
Always check in your owners manual to find out what format your player
requires.
Once you have determined what the format you have (MP3,MP4,ACC,WMA,etc.)
you will need to determine what format you need for your player to play
those songs,video,etc.
If the format that you have for your songs, videos, etc is different than
the format that you need for your player to play them, then you will
have to download a format converter and convert each song, video, etc to
the format that is usable in your MP3 player.
