Hey eguerra89,

If you've already tried resetting the iPod, you might want to also try using a different pair of headphones to see if you encounter the same problem. While this may not necessarily resolve this specific issue, defective headphones can be one of the most common reasons why you would not hear audio playback. Additionally, you may wish to also try updating the system software on the iPod itself. In some cases, damaged or outdated software files may prevent the iPod from correctly playing songs.

Should resetting the iPod, trying different headphones/speakers and updating system software not work, you may then need to contact your local iPod repair facility for further assistance. Remember that you can always contact Apple by calling their toll-free hotline at 800-275-2273, or seek service though many major retailers (including your local Best Buy™ store).

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

My iPod Touch can no longer connect to any wireless network. It picks up the wireless signal, but when I try to connect it tells me I cannot connect to the network. I've tried in free places and at home...

The wireless port of the ipod touch sounds broken. It could be from a bump or drop, moisture exposure. etc. etc. If you've update the software and it still doesn't work, it sounds like a physical problem.
jailbreak can cause wifi issues as well.

My ipod isnt conetting to itunes

1. Reset or restore your iPod for a try, this can fix many general iPod problems. 2. You may try this iTunes alternative, I always use it to upload music and video to my iPod once my iTunes can't recognize my iPod, my friends recommend it to me, it's safe and works pretty well, you can also use it to copy music and video from ipod to computer for backup, it's useful when you lost your iTunes library. http://www.ipod-transfer-copy.com/ipod-iphone-to-computer-transfer-cucusoft.html 3. Upgrade or re-install iTunes for a try, this is the method that I got from Apple technical support. Hope it helps. Contact me if you have any other question.

Bose sound dock - no sound comes through it but my ipod works with the ear plugs so it's not my ipod

I had this problem for the pat two days. Believe it or not I took my Ipod touch of the dock. Shut the power off to the Ipod to reset it. Also the power to the docking station. turned everything back on. Put the Ipod back into the docking station and heard the beep.. and hit play and it was working again. Not sure but shutting Ipod off does act like a reset.

My Ipod touch 8 gb froze on the usb cord and itunes screen

YO!! Woah man dont keep plugging and unplugging.. your going to corrupt it! I had this problem in the past.. try reseting your ipod while its not plugged in, Hold the Menu and center button until the apple logo comes up than let them go. Now open Itunes and wait for it to open, than plug the ipod in your computer, make sure the USB Port is working good and everything. make sure its plugged in firmly. If you have done this, than it should work.
