There is nowhere I can find whether I should switch on the Machine 24hr a day x 7 days a week. Or shall I swtich it off after-office-hours? Any effect on the life-span of the machine?

HA hA ha ha who posted these suggestions? For a time change press "run" "clk" "the time in military time 2:55pm woul d be 14:55:00 and that's in hours:minutes:seconds" then press run again.

to set the day which is 1-7 and 1 equals Monday, Tuesday = 2, Wednesday =3 and etc... you'll have to press "run" "clk" "which day it is 1-7" "day" "run" to end it.

As far as programming the schedule for the bells I can't figure it out. I know it's something like "prg" "loc, which would be the location number 1-99 or however many location positions there are" then "time, 24hr military format again" then "day, 1-7(days of the week)" then "cde, which is the code format( have no idea what the code format is, but i just use 3 as the code" and then i assume it's "run" to end it but it doesn't work.

some pumps are 24hr 7days pumps some are not and should be on a timer. time usually run for 8 hours max a day. you can get a time from most pool leisure places. the pump will say if its a 24hr pump if not then would say its a timer type.

If it was just a cloth without any substance that would remove paint, then Yes, Call Tech support and let them know. They should/will have the issue corrected.
