Can u get mixit on this phone - RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone

You can certainly use MXit for your phone. But you will have to download the software first. Here is a free downloadable link:

Select the "Download App." tab on the right side of the page. Then you will be asked about your phone model. Provide it as BlackBerry 8310. Now they will show up a screen with instructions and a secret code. Use it to download the software.
