SOURCE: My Eclipse 180 Mp3 media

remove battery and try again, if this does not fix the problem, you might have to reset the device, by pressing the power button for a long time while turning the device on instead of once. then following the instructions reset the device.

you may have to download and install new drivers for the device from the internet after the reset.

you will possibly lose your data stored on the device.

How to get songs back in the coby mp3?

Hello,

On the MP610 you could use either Windows Media Player 11 or Coby Media Manager for transfers of songs.

Next steps are important for adding files onto the player:
1. The player should be detected in the software for transfers, when connecting the USB cable.
2. Setup your library in the software (Add to library): There has to be a list of folders in the software manager, where your music is located on the computer.
3. Create a playlist in the software: make a list of songs, you want to transfer onto your player
4. Sync the playlist onto the player.

I want to create folders for different types of music. Ho do I do that?

If you want to create folders on your computer to "drop" your types of music into, then you can choose "My Computer", select the disk drive for your mp3 player, then simply right click & select "New", then "Folder", & name it. Then you can drag & drop the music into that folder, which will load it onto your mp3 player as well. BUT, if it does not recognize them as separate lists on the mp3 player itself, then you have to use the EasyRip Module Dock to manage your playlists, where you can move specific songs into a list & save it. OR, if you use Window Media Player, create your playlists there & save them, & typically that will transfer as a playlist for you under the EasyRip Module Dock as well.
Various ways to do the same thing, depending on what you want. Hope this helps!!!

Unable to transfer playlist to sansa c250 mp3 player

This player isn't capable of playlist transfer - you can only create a playlist on the go from the player itself. You will have to transfer individual songs only.

Sansa m250 playlists

First you need to set your Sansa m250 mp3 player to MTP mode:

) Tap your menu button and select "Settings" > "USB".
2) On this screen, make sure that there is a check next to "Auto Detect" and NOT "MSC".

Note: Music that was transferred to the player in "MSC" (Mass Storage Class) mode will not be accessible once the player is put into MTP mode.

However, the music can still be accessed by switching the player back to MSC mode.

To transfer a playlist using Windows Media Player version 10:

- Make sure device is showing as an "audio device" and in MTP mode
- Create a playlist by right clicking a song in the library, add to>additional playlists>new or by saving a now playing list
- Select the Sync tab and click "Sync settings"
- Check "Synchronize device automatically"
- Set "View" to "All Playlists"
- Place a check next to the playlists they want to transfer to device
- Media Player should then sync those lists once you hit OK.
Once you Sync for the first time a new folder "Playlists" will appear in your m250 using Windows Explorer. Once that folder is created you can even use Windows Explorer alone to create playlists, all you have to do is right click on a song and choose create a playlist. Double click on playlist > Reference Tab, on the window you simply drag and drop your songs.

Hope this helps

My playlist won't load to the mp3 player

Model number? Manufacturer name? Here's generic advice: use Windows Media Player 11 to transfer.
Here's more generic advice: turn ON automatic synchronization (if your mp3 player is a Philips, esp)
Here's more generic advice that can be applied to many mp3 players:

If users of X20 want to create playlist, please change connection type as MTP.
( X20 -> Setting -> Advanced -> Connection Type )
After then, you can create playlist with WMP11.
