What keys do you not understand? Sharp uses symbols sometimes star symbol totals etc Ra received on account - CA/AT Cash/Amout tended finalize operations and opens drawer, etc let me know symbols and I can tell you what keys mean. email [email protected]

You should be able to go to Sharp support and search your model number for a copy of the operator's manual. If it's an older model send me the model number and I'll look for one. Good luck and God bless.

the sofware you need is clled ""customer support tool" from sharp
i'm still lookingin their site if ther're giving it for free

hi. E34 means the machine has had a limit programmed into it so that a maximum price can be entered. this stops staff accidentally charging say $1000 instead of $100. Try entering a lower price. The limit can be removed if desired. Mark
