Question about Fisher Price Disc for Digital Arts and Crafts Studio
SOURCE: I need the software for
Try their website. At least you should be able to get the drivers, which should then allow you to download the pics from the camera. Any decent (FREE) graphics program should work to view the pics, and Windows should recognize the camera (usually as a "drive"). Try Fast Stone Image Viewer.

There is no driver or software needed to upload the pictures. Simply connect the provided usb cable to the camera and computer. Then locate the "computer" tab on your computer and find the removable drive's section. The pictures may be in your G or F drive. Open the folder and you will see the picture files. You can copy or cut and paste them where ever you like. If you cannot find the provided usb cable, you can purchase it by visiting http://service.mattel.com/us/.

First off, my name is Marc, and I am from New Jersey. If by any chance you live anywhere close to me, and still need your dvd player fixed, I can personally fix this item without any hassle. (Depending on the specific issue you are having)
First, I must ask a couple questions of you...
If you are, then call them... I know for a fact that in cases like these, they are normally very good with these issues, and will offer you a no hassle refund.
If need be, please feel free to contact me day or night at [email protected] Otherwise, I wish you the best.
Sincerely, Marc C.
