With this unit, use a small shotglass of soap solution into the water container when you are filling it up. the soap will premix in the water there and be good for the system to continue using. Make sure that the dial is set on WATER ONLY so that you are not getting soapy water coming out of where the soap bottle should be.

Cant get my soap dispenser hose working on my karcher winner 10, any suggestion?, lost my instructions manual so dont know weather i need to be doing anything for it!

If you have not yet found a solution, then here are some steps to take.
1. The soap dispenser only works on low pressure!!!!!!! So you have to REMOVE the high pressure Sprayer so that all you use is the Trigger Gun without the Extender.
2. Pull out the thin Plastic Hose with the filter attached in the end, and insert into your container of detergent.
It will only splatter the detergent over the area you want to clean, so you will then need to REATTACH the SPRAYER into the hand gun to work with the soap to lather, clean and spray of till clean.
This seems to be the way the system works on this model......also known as K2.36M (AU) in Australia or (EU) in Europe on the Karcher.com.au site then Service then Manuals. or on the link below.
Hope this helps any of you who has misplaced their Owners Manual just like I did and had a great problem trying to find a link as Karcher doesn't recognize the Model No: as Winner 10 or 11.

Bissell proheat, not sure of model number no water will dispense

Ran in to similar issue except mine would not spray soap or solution through the floor cleaner but would work through the upolstry cleaner.

I found that there were 2 problems as follows:

1) The heater was clogged with mineral deposits and old soap that I had not cleaned out on a previous use.

2) The Valve that attached to the trigger sticks. (I am currently looking for a new valve)

Since you have soap and no water I your problem probably exists in the bottom of the unit. There are 6 screws to take off the cover.

You will see a hose that come from the soap despenser. It leads to the pump which is located in the front left corner of the unit. You can also trace the water hosed in and out of this pump. Since the hoses are clear you should be able to see any clogg. There is a hose that leads up the handle to the valve and then a hose that comes back down the handle (through the wheel opening) The hose that comes back down from the handel leads to a splitter which devides the output to the two jets.

Once it is apart it is pretty simple.

Hope this helps!!

Leaking

Could be that the despensing tank has melted and deformed at the connection point. This is what happened to me when I put in really hot tap water. The heat allowed the connection (where the water/soap outlet is) to deform when using it. Now when I fill the tank and place it in the machine the water just leaks out all over the place with no control.
If you look at the bottom of your tank, where the water comes out, you may be able to see that the plastic is mis-shaped or deformed slightly. It probably doesn't take much for the seal to be broken.

Bissell 1699 ProHeat Clear View uses very little soap.

The valve at the bottom of the soap tank may have gone bad, Also try running a mix of water and vinegar(not on carpet) to see if it will clean the system out. The system may just need cleaning out.
