Make sure the toner you purchased is genuine.
Also make sure that the printer region and the toner region it matches( the samsung manufacture the detection chips of the toner and printer region wise)Contact Samsung call center and ask them for how to clear the memory and select the correct country of your location.
If you have refilled the toner it may not work properly. you need to contact refiller to get compatible chip.

Dear This means The printer toner cartridge is empty more than 90% [ Less than ten percent toner is remaining].
That is the reason its displaying error. Before it stops We recommend to to bring a new toner. ( do not refill/ or do not use from another printer of the same model.)

check the scanner glass (the narrow side), it might be dirty, clean it with a soft cloth and alcohol

uninstall software
switch off printer
restart computer
install the full driver
plug the printer when the software say to connect the printer.
after full driver loaded restart computer and printer
thats all

Its related to the fuser assy. Pl. check the fuser thermostat and heating lamp. for if its open replace it, check the thermistor resistance if it open replace it, Check SMPS.
