Dc 12 paper jam

so you decide to ask on the "Kodak Digital Science Camera" section of Fixya...... you're problem is a "printer" related problem..... not a "camera" problem.

just a thought, but have you tried cleaning the rollers?
Methylated spirits work a treat for removing build-up on printer rollers.

Can you please define these words for me? (science) Dissolved, solvent, solute, chemical reaction, concentrated, saturated, dilution & crystallisation.

Dissolve - Think about how you put sugar into cofee, the sugar disolves into it, so you don't drink sugar pieces.

Solvent - is a substance used to disolve stuff. For example acetone disolves plastic in general, so you do not use it to clean your camera.

Solute - is a disolved substance. For example sugar in the cofee after it's been dissolved.

Chemical reaction - When you mix 2 chemical elements that have an action one to another, a chemical reaction happens. For example if you put Sodium in water, it releases hidrogen and heat (often the hidrogen ignites)

Concentrated - if you put too much sugar in your cofee, you say it's too concentrated.

Saturated - the moment you add more sugar to the cofee, and it just does not dissolve, you say the cofee is saturated with sugar.

Dilution - Reducing the concentration of a chemica. Adding more cofee to a saturated cup, is diluting it.

Crystallization - is the natural or artificial process of formation of solid crystals in nature or lab. For example the formation of ice crystals. More on the wikipedia page HERE.

I am attempting to install the camera drivers which are for win95 on a Win2000 PC. It install ok but mentions I need to allow for paralell connection/bidirectional something????

That means you are going through a printer or parrelll port cable.
And you need to turn on bidirectional communication,
In simple words the camera and the computer have to be able to talk back and fourth or in computer terms "shake hands"

TRY TO SEARCH IN THE MENU FOR SETTING THE DATE AND TIME, IF NOT FOUND. SWITCH OFF CAMERA AND PUT THE OUT FOR ATLEAST 10 MINUTES AND AGAIN INSERT IT IF DATE AND TIME IS ASKED AUTOMATICALLY THAN ONLY YOUR CAMERA IS HAVING A FACILITY OF DATE AND TIME AS YOU HAVE TOLD ITS OLDER MODEL.

Kodak ds dc120 zoom digital camera

Ooh, that's a sticky one, and unusual. You're talking about technologies at the opposite ends of the spectrum. Kodak DC120 is a windows 98 orientated 1999 digital camera which needs the kodak viewer software to convert the images (a very regretful step from Kodak). You want to put this software on a 64bit Vista OS.
I really can not see it happening. You can try, but in the most unlikely to work.
The Kodak camera had a resolution of 1.2megapixels, less than mobile phones now a days. Although it is a very robust and reliable camera, a childs camera from a supermarket for $20 will produce better results.
Albeit, I do have the software, old original CD from 1999, 'Kodak Picture Postcard Software'.
I need some direction on this - I don't know if I can post contacts here to get this to you. Can a moderator assist????
