The Brookstone Minimax lumbar massager is a no nonsense massager that works for people with real back problems. The shiatsu nonsense can cause back pain and is for wanabee issuse. All I want is the Brookstone Minimax Lumbar product, which they (unfortunately) stopped stocking to make room for the shiatsu craze.

My mom had the same problem so i unzipped it from the back, and once i started to take out the padding i saw that there was a wire unplugged so i plugged it back in and it worked!
