Our picure appears to look like watching a 3d movie with no glasses it appears to be th e red convergence if you do the auto convergence it sometimes fixes it for lil while and goes bk to same problem sometimes if you try and line up the red convergence it wont allow you to move the cross to the center what do we need to replace to fix the prob and is this something we can fix ourselves?

The syptoms you describe point to a bad convergence amplifer board. The crosshairs not moving on red is indication of this. However i must point out this set divides up the convergence of this set among four different boards. it is my belief its one of two boards. the convergence amplifer board which can easly be replaced. however it just might be the green looking board called the small signal board. unfortantly this board takes special computer equipment to replace and align. i think union electronics might have convergence amp board = it getting hard to find rca parts for this set
