My Saeco Vienna Black Automatica Espresso maker will grind coffee only about one-fourth of the time. Other times, it makes whirring sound and then shuts off and red "coffee bean" light comes on.

Your grind is to fine. Turn the big knob in the bean hopper up 4 clicks and try again. It could be oily beans which would require the same solution.

I have the saeco vienna coffee machine and lately it does not make a good coffee, it looks more like tea. I have the setting set to the strongest coffee and I also notice that the coffee grounds are really...

You can remove top panel and find the grinder.
Remove the limit lock screw and udjust in more fine grinding manualy. So now you can have more fine grinding.
Remeber that you have to move only two step at a time, then make coffee and then move again to more fine, this will avoid blocking the grinder and also burning the grinder motor.
Also before doing the above you can ckeck the grinding burrs if they are in good condition or they need to be replaced.

How do I change the aqua filter in the Saeco Vienna Automatica machine?

it is not a filter but a water softener and no need to replace. You need to pass thought it 2 spoon full of salt desolve with water and then flush it with water for 15 min until the salt will be cleaned. You can do this one time per month so to avoid any scale build inside the machine.

Saeco Vienna. Wet cofffee grinds in the dump box.

It could be the grind on the coffee or the red group o-ring and the 2 o-rings on the white plastic valve need to be replaced.

Vienna automatica saeco will not turn on

If you push the power button and the machine will not turn on and it a newer machine there is a reset button on the side of the boiler that needs to be pushed. This will get you [power again. If the machine is older than 3 years you probably need a new board or power filter.

Long time for drip coffee.

Grinder is set to too fine. Lower grinder settings. Keeping the machine at current settings with drip extraction will result in brew group clogging, gear stripping, and/or dulling of grinder burrs.
