Uninstall and reinstall the software for the RCA if you have lost the Pictures folder. It should be in the player already. In Windows XP, picture files should be copied to the “Media” folder of the player for viewing while in Windows 2000, picture files should be copied to the root directory for viewing.

1) for this go to the setting of you camera hen go to save images in.. and then select your folder and save it..as do this same for videos..
2)First select multiple images using marking them one bye one then go to option then go to send then via Bluetooth ...it will work...
but you can't send a folder...
Yes you can, and I do it all the time. I copy the pictures to "My Pictures" folder. If you OPEN the DCIM folder by clicking on it, then SELECT ALL, then choose copy. Now close your camera folder. and OPEN "My Pictures" and then choose PASTE, all your pics should be inserted into "MY PICTURES". The reason your pics are deleted even after you've renamed them is because your OS is only copying them as shortcuts. If you don't want to copy or paste, next time you try to save one of your pics, hold down the shift key while dragging your pic to your folder and it won't move it as a shortcut. Hope this helps.
go to start > search > for files and folders > all files and folders > in the top box type
.JPG
Make sure there is a period before the jpg, you are searching the computer for all the jpeg files which are the picture files your camera takes. When it find these files it will tell you where it is putting them. Once you find them, you can drag and drop them into another folder of your choosing.
Go to Desktop/MyComputer/Pana(or it may say USB Drive, or DCIM, and click on this external drive Icon. You are now looking at the camera contents as if it were just another file folder on your PC, and behaves the same way.
You will find your pics in a sub-folder under a master folder, common for all camera file structures, named DCIM. You can drag and drop individual pic (jpg) files or whole pic subfolders from the camera to a place on your PC, usuallly Documents/Pictures.
You can do all other folder/file operations on this Camera Folder/Pic files you can do with those that exist on the PC like;cut, past, delete, rename, etc etc.
When you take you next first pic from your camera, after moving or deleting a pic subfoler under the Camera's DCIM master folder, the camera automatically creates another subfolder. Each subfolder holds 999 pics. The camera will atuomatically create a second, third, etc subfolder for pics 1000 to 1999, 2000 to...etc.
if the pic was on memory card you can try but if it was on phone memory it is difficult to get adtrer doing restore refactory settings coz it clears all the data from the phone memory and it becomes like when it was new while buying..
you have to create seperate photo albums and folder names. the the camera labels your pictures 1 2 3 and so on. so when those numbers come up again they are overwritten with the new info. so to avoid this...create one folder.(main)... then open that folder and create a new (sub)folders within the main folder for every download hopefully 10 or so more pictures at a time per sub folder....name the sub filders according to the content or, the current date which they were downloaded. what works well with myspace is photobucket.com your personal picture storage online for free. but til then the simple way is to keep this main folder in my pictures...most sites assume your pics are already there. it is the default directory with your msp,s(myspace pik's) ready to upload.
You do not need cameras software to download pics from your camera, btw. Just plug in your camera to USB port and it shows as an external DRIVE or USB STORAGE device in your MYCOMPUTER folder. Just click on its drive letter and you are looking at your cameras memory.
Click on the folder called DCIM and then subfolder(s) named depending on camera model. For Panasonic it is 100_PANA for example. Click on this and here is your pics. View, Drag and Drop, Delete, etc any pic just as if it was already on your computer.
To down load all pics, Drag and Drop (or cut and paste)the whole pic folder (100_PANA for example) to a location on your computer, as \Documents\Pictures. To delete all pics on camera, right click on pics folder and delete 100_PANA folder. or folder where your pics show up on your camera.
If you open the programme you use to transfer the folders, it should tell you where it is loading them to by default.
Fuji normally name the folder 'as the date'; that they were transfered.
As for the memory card it is probably best trying to re-format the card, if no change a replacement may be neccassary.
what you need to do is this.
i cant help you if you have a mac but i can help you if you have a pc.
for pcs, you need to plug in your player.once its connected, double click "my computer".in it, the player should have registered and their should be an icon that says "sandisk sansa e260" ( or something like that, i couldnt exsactly tell you considering my player is completely busted at the moment.)then you should see a bunch of files.the files will include album art, songs, and folders for videos or pictures.in the pictures folder you can access your pictures, and right click on the files you wish to delte, and simply just...hit delete.
