Thanks for the help Bob, already I have tried the trouble reset with the help of small tooth pick i believe this button is in the rightside of Control panel and the procedure you told,But it did not work any thing else???Thanks for the help Bob, already I have tried the trouble reset with the help of small tooth pick i believe this button is in the rightside of Control panel and the procedure you told,But it did not work any thing else???
Most unusual. The "Trouble Reset" is specifically for C5xx codes - others are reset simply by opening/closing the right door. That's right out of the service manual.
Small machines (example: Di1610) clear the C500 by holding the clear key while powering up the unit - but you tried that, too.
"Memory Reset" would have no effect on it.
About all I can suggest is try Trouble Reset again . . . and again.

Press the Trouble Reset Switch on the master Board for this fusing malfunction. Remove rear cover to gain access to control board, small little black switch, power must be on to do this be careful if the code come s back buy a new fuser unit, if you can find one. Quite old machine. DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the fuser can catch on fire that will ruin a perfectly good day.!!!!!
First open the right side cover where the image unit is located. Check the two latches that latch the door ensure they are not broken, especially the rear one. Then get a paper clip and stick the clip in the small hole on the right side of the control panel it will touch a switch. The control panel will go thru some screens when you see the screen with the copiers on it on the left side of the screen in the middle you will see a small "." When the dot appears touch 3 button. Then the machine will continue to the code screen. Press the Utility button you should see a new button "Maintenance Mode" touch it then touch trouble reset. The machine will again go thru screens will see the"." again do nothing. Should go ready to Copy. If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day.
Power off the machine wait ten seconds then power on holding down the stop key button. If the code comes back get a new fuser unit, continue to reset with out new fuser could cause a fire that would ruin a perfectly good day!
The error code means that the fuser is not warming up correctly. There is a small black rest botton on the main controler PCB on the back of the copier. You are going to have to take the back cover off, I believe in is four screws. Turn the power off and remove the back cover and find the small black botton, once you have found it, turn the copier back ON and press the botton and see if the error code can be rest. If it dose you are good to go... If not you may have to replace the fuser unit..... I did have a problem that was not solved with the fuser unit.. It turned out to be right side door switch... I would look there as well with the back cover off... Good Luck
C0500 is a fuser warm up failure code. The procedure to reset is simple. First look at the right side edge of your control panel. This is where the meter count is and the "slide" that controls how dark/bright your display screen is. Now just to the left or front side of where the slide is you will see a small hole in the panel. You need a small paper clip or a tooth pick to insert into the hole. Next with the machine turned on and showing the code, insert something into the hole until the screen goes blank and begins to restart. You should see something that resembles the copier sitting on top of the globe. Keep watching the screen and at the far left side of the screen there will appear a small dot. As soon as the dot appears press the 3 key. You should now see a screen with several boxes. At the lower left is "Trouble Reset" - Press this box to reset the code. Do this reset procedure ONLY 1 time for every 10 minutes. If the code comes back you can try again in 10 miutes. If the fuser is heating and the machine just can not "see" it then you can do further damage to the machine if you try to reset several times very quickly. If the machine warms up and makes copies you are all set. If the code comes back you have a failure in the fusing unit and will need it repaired. This procedure works on the Di250 Di250F Di251 Di251F Di350 Di350F Di351 Di351F. Please provide positive feedback if I was helpful. Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

C0500 The temperature of the Fusing Rollers does not reach the required level even after the lapse of a given period of time during a warm-up cycle.
There should be a small opening or hole on the right of the operation panel, use a paper clip to press the button inside. This will reset the machine. If the error code was a glitch or a false code the machine should operate. If the code comes back you will need to have a technician replace the fuser assembly
(From FixYa Support): Your fuser unit is probably bad, but try these steps to reset:
Place a paper clip in the small hole on
the right side of the operators panel. The screen will show abort code/please
wait NORMAL then the screen will start its normal routine. Be on the look out for
a small dot on the left hand of the screen. When you see this, press "3". Then the
screen will show some different buttons. Press Trouble reset machine will do the
same thing as it did when you did the paper clip. This time, don't do anything. Machine
should come up Ready to copy.
If the code persists, then a new fuser is required.

FUSER CODE. NOT SURE ON THIS SAME MODEL BUT ON OTHER DiALTA'S YOU NEED TO DO WHAT IS CALLED A "WARM RESET OR WARM REBOOT". tURN COPIER ON AND FIND A VER SMALL HOLE (PAPER CLIP SIZE) ON KEYBOARD OR SOME TIMES ON RIGHT HAND SIDE OF KEYBOARD, SOME TIMES SMALL SQUARE HOLE. STICK PAPER CLIP IN HOLE AND THAT WILL BRING YOU INTO SERVICE MODE. PANEL WILL SAY TROUBLE CODES, DEPRESS. TURN COPIER ON AND OFF AND SEE IF IT GETS YOU GOING. IF PROBLEM COMBES BACK YOU HAVE A BAD FUSER, EITHER FUSE, THERMISTER OR CONNECTORS.. GOOD LUCK
