I have brand new print head and saids that there is a problem with the printer head and will not print nothing the black will not go to the print head need code to over ride and print something in black and white I've tried to shut it down and restarted for 30 sec. and for 15 min's did not work keeps coming up that there's a problem with the printer head model #C8187A-013 serial # MY76553H2 series Officejet Pro L7580 All-in-One email: [email protected]

When you removed the paper it's possible your damaged it and that's why the message is not going away. Did you try to put the cartridge back in to make sure it had not come out of position and just remove the power cord for a minute then plugging it back it.
Here are the steps to make sure you properly change the cartridges and the heads...
Install the ink cartridges and printheads

1 - Open the ink cartridge cover.
2 - Remove the ink cartridges from the packages.
3 - Install the ink cartridges.
4 - Close the ink cartridge cover.
Step two: Install the printheads
Follow the steps below to install the printheads.
Step three: Align the print heads
Whenever you insert or replace a printhead, the printer automatically aligns the printheads to ensure the best print quality. If the printer does not print the alignment page automatically, start the alignment process manually. To start the alignment process manually:

Have you tried to replace the black/yellow printhead? This is not the same as the ink cartridges, but it is located in the compartment under and to the right of the scanner lid.
