My driver won t install on my windows 7 - GPX TEC100 MP3 Player

I got mine to work by changing the port from USB001 to USB002 prints great now, there is problems with installing on windows 8, you have to disable driver verification or the driver won't install.

Good printer don't give up on it.

This fix below will work for Windows 7 and Windows 8 and 8.1 guaranteed, the original software was for Windows XP only. HP have the necessary drivers and Vuescan is a third party scanner program, that is every bit as good as the OEM software, in fact I think it is better.
(1) Download and Install HP Scanjet 4850 Driver: setup_basic_4800_14-5.exe from http://www.hp-drivers-download.com/download/hp/setup_basic_4800_14-5.exe.html
(2) Download and Install Vuescan 64 bit: download from http://download.cnet.com/VueScan-64-bit/3000-12511_4-75328364.html

If you have Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate you can install XP mode and Windows Virtual PC on top of Windows 7 and run XP mode.Install the drivers on XP mode and you should be able to use your tablet.
Virtual PC and XP mode are available free of charge on the Microsoft web site. The site requires authentification to verify that your copy of Windows is genuine.

If you did a fresh install of Windows 7, make sure you install Windows 7 SP1.

A lot of Windows 7 drivers were not included in the original release.

The manufacturer does not list a specific driver for this card( although it does list it as being Windows 7 compatable) so likely you will find it by updating Windows 7.

When downloading a printer driver from HP you will need to ensure that you are selecting the correct OS (eg. Windows 7) and the appropriate version (eg. 64 or 32 bit operating system). These drivers are different and using one on the other will not work.
Windows XP drivers also will not work properly in a Windows 7 environment and the majority of Windows XP drivers are 32-Bit.

You won't find Windows 7 driver out there because they didn't make driver for windows 7. You can, however, do either one of two things below it will fix your video issue.

You will need to install plug in, then type in 915GM, which is your video model, and pick up the lastest windows 7 compatible.
2nd: get on youtube and type windows 7 screen problem, follow the instruction from 9min and 11second video clip. It shows you to how t fix the screen in detail without installing driver for windows 7. It really works. Sorry you can't find windows 7 out there unless they don't post on the web.

That's because windows 7 is not supported by the card. Try running in XP compatability mode.
