Won't turn on

You will need to have the set professionally diagnosed. You could either have a faulty power supply or main board. You could also try unplugging the set for a bit and plugging it back in. I doubt it will solve your problem but it is worth a try.

Download the user manual to your ilo TV. For it with its exact model number. Refer the manual for details.

Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "ILO 2GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything, and give you a fresh start.
