Same problem here:( All the old (received) messages windows look blank and also the text i am writing in a active chat window Audibles also don't show image or have sound... Only text i can see are my messages before being sent and the received messages only for a few seconds in the "Info/Alert Bubble' close to the Tray... Uninstaled and reinstalled different 4 versions: 9.x, two versions of YM 10, and latest beta version 11 All have same behavior! Anyone can help us?
Hi All you need to do is to scroll to settings on your phone then you go to tone settings,from there you go to Message alert tones and check if your message alert tone is off.if it is off then you have to select a tone then you can start hearing the sound when you receive text message. THANK YOU
Do a battery pull by removing the battery, and make sure to give it time to completely boot up. If you are texting while you are receiving messages which is very common, sometimes it eliminates the sound while you are texting because it cannot render the sound while you are a sending a message. If thats not the case, then make sure to go to your sound settings and turn it completely up, if that doesn't work try to apply a different alert ringer for it.
Do you have the message center number that it's sent through..
Go to menu, messages, settings, and text message and see if this number works.

well i am not so sure about what would have went wrong..but you can check if you have enabled Screened messages. In that case messages do come but they directly go into the screened messages.
