Keurig will tell you to dump it.....but they will be more than happy to sell you a new one. Me? My B100 burned out/just quit working after 1.5 yrs. Keurig offered me a new one (B something or other for 99.00 which which leaked all over the kitchen about 10months into the game. Dead. Complained to Keurig and got a Plat B70 which i had some problems with, but they could NOT help me. Cost 99.00 again since it was 'more expensive' than the 2d one and they said it retailed for 200.00. My B70 Platinum?? Oh. It just sounds like a German Mowzer blasting thru the kitchen. Who needs coffee when this noise wakes you up? (Keurig's only solution is to tell you to toss it out and buy another EXPENSIVE coffee maker form them. I take care of my stuff and delimed and used water that is deionized so i'm not careless. Okay, so recently, I found a used B2003 (the old commercial box-like unit with the spigot on the side). It is having issues with the pump. I called Keurig and their question was: How did you get a 'commercial coffee maker' when they are meant to be used in an office because it's a 'work manchine.' I told them that i was sick of the cheaply made home brewers that only last close to the warranty. Again, they asked why i am using the commerical brewer at home. I asked them if the coffee police would snatch me up and lock me away if i was using this at home (of course, laughing) and they said it wasn't illegal, but that i am not supposed to use it outside of the work environment. I then told them that i work at home. WTF? What are they teaching these customer service folks? I asked for a distributor in the area so that i could contact them; they said there wasn't anyone they would refer me to since i was using a commercial brewer in the home. They also said that it was too old and that they were 'surprised that it lasted so long'. (Folks, the mfg date is 2000!) Um.....no wonder we have issues with our environment. Our EXPENSIVE small appliances **** out right a warranty and nobody wants to repair or get repair parts so we drive out to the Landfill..... I questioned the little plastic KCups and then someone came up with adaptors, etc to use instead of KCups. Yet....Keurig continues to be irresponsible and suggest we toss out relatively new machines that can probably be repaired ...just dumped in the landfill. Keurig does NOT want to be customer oriented....just money oriented. BOO to KEURIG!
My Suggestions? Boycott the Keurig coffee makers. "Keurig means excellence". Bite me!

I have the same problem. Keurig said to get rid of the machine and they'll sell another one for a discount. I asked for the name of an affiliated repair person--they said no one repairs Keurig home machines. Based ont his web site I know that it is the temperature sensor probe--the question is---does anyone know how to fix it????
