It sounds like you are using an amplifier. if so, make sure you are using the blue/white wire to turn the amp on instead of the blue wire. the blue wire is antenna remote and turns off when leaving tuner mode. the blue/white wire is amp remote.

Sound won't come on with the tuner

Hello
There ar two possibilites for thif fault, and both are related with its tuner circuit board. Either the tuner section do not get proper voltage to function, no tuning will be done or if the varactor diode that helps electronic tuning has got damaged. In both cases, no tunig will be done.

I am getting sounds only out of my tuner selection (radio) source

I would start off by doing exactly that removing the black box tuner out of the equation. The next question is did you install the black box or did you have someone else install it for you. If the box is not installed propperly then the audio outs could not be wired up correctly. Double check all of your connections. It could be something as simple as bad or no power to the box.

Tuner works but when i play a cd it shows that it is playing but no sound comes out this cd player is brand new

Take it back for a refund or replacement, If you have speaker output on the tuner, their is no reason or why it shouldn't give you tunes when you insert a CD.

Tuner increments

those are odd numbers you decribed there
i understand what your saying to get the even numbers you have to use the remote and single click to what you want and if you want to stop a seek for frequencie hit the button back
you know foward select for scan and then back button for stop and then single press in what you need it takes a little fenness to control for even even numbers you just have to stop scan and seek single taps at a time
