I do have a lift master star 450. The box does not send any signal to the motor. We had to change it for an universal one. Does it mean that our Lift master star 450 is dead or there is something that we could do to fix it. I really need an answer specially that the winter time is not far......... Thank you in advance

C0F24 Code is the code for the sensor that monitors the drum. I would remove the drum cartridge two black screws pull out the drum assy. Remove the drum be careful do not nick or harm the drum the sensor is located on the left side of the to the rear of the of the drum looks like to little eye of a bug. Dust with a brush NO VACUUM static could destroy it. Re-install drum and re-install cartridge. When the last time a PM was done Developer replaced and Drum replaced?

Starwheel lift error--: you've done the right thing by replacing the lift motor but the question remains as to whether the plotter has had its firmware updated as part of the starwheel lift error is that the lift motor is engaging when it shouldnt, with the starwheel replacement kit there was a usb donlge supplied within the kit , this contains the updated firmware which needs installing when the lift mech is changed
if you have allready updated the fimware and are still seeing this error then the issue must be related to the lift motor and you may need to replace it again,

Dave I have a 99 and mine is under the hood on the right side in a large black box .take off cover on box to access relays they are all about the same .Try switching from one to another

'Sensor 2' means the sensor is downstream from the exhaust manifold instead of on the exhaust manifold.

The heated oxygen sensor is used by the powertrain control module to measure the amount of oxygen in the exhaust. The PCM uses this data to control the air fuel mixture in the engine. The PCM sends a bias voltage of approximately 450 mV to the oxygen sensor. At operating temperature the oxygen sensor signal varies between 0 and 1,000 mV. When the mixture is rich the oxygen content is low and the voltage signal will remain on the high side of the 450 mV mid-range. When the mixture is lean the oxygen content is high and the voltage signal will remain on the low side below the 450 mV mid-range.

The oxygen sensors on later model vehicles are equipped with a heater circuit. The heater circuit in the oxygen sensor shortens the time required for the sensor to reach operating temperature and provides a more accurate signal.
IAC Valve

T-104R is raintight 240V timer.

1) No power to box:
a) Test timer for voltage: test screw terminal1 and screw terminal2 to bare copper wire to see if there is some voltage. See T-104 wiring.
b) Your 240V breaker can be loose on the busbar, and not be tripped. Jiggle it a bit and see if you hear crackling. Click the breaker switch all the way over and then snap it back.
c) The 240V breaker can have one wire loose, so only 120V arrives at timer.
In this case, the timer voltage can appear dead on some terminals, or live on some terminals, but the 240V clock motor inside timer and 240V Load will not work.
d) The loss of power is one thing, but a power loss will not jam the manual override on your timer unless there was some high-voltage event like a lightning strike.

2) Test switch jammed ... that must mean manual override is jammed
Lift and rotate dial so trippers are away from on-off lever, then try manual override again. If manual override was just stuck on a tripper, you need a new T-100 series 240V clock motor. It requires a small star-screwdriver to change clock.

3) If the manual override is bad, then timer is bad. Buy a new T-104 timer mechanism and install the mechanism without changing boxes. All T-104 timer mechanisms will snap into any other T-104 box.

EL 2 Error code means an erratic reading coming from the elevation potentiometer. Unfortunately that means a replacement of the motor Star Trac does not sell just that one part. But you maybe able to send the motor to be repair for aabuot 1/2 cost of a new one. Call this # 1800-496-7278 conpany's name is Nation Gym parts they can help you
