First question, are you using the correct driver for your printer on the Win7 platform.

Shake the cartridges well, it seems that they become dry, try to replace them and check again, go to driver there is setting makes u clean and test the nozzels which makes the color more rich and at the same time it check the state of the cartridges.

this is not possible. I contacted tech support for this, the printer/driver is designed to print in color and HP is not going to change the driver. A real shame, and actually a rip off, but nothing you can do about it.

just chek ur black catridge is working or not just try to clean it and install

It strabge... Anyway u just clean your print heads and nozzles... it shuld make it fine... or just replace ur catridge...

Sounds like Color cartridge problem...
Colors on the cartridge are mixed together

Use Paint.
It's not ideal, but I can scan with my HP PSC 1205 running Vista when I use Paint. Just click 'file' then 'from Scanner or Camera'.
Works a treat.

Any fix for this I have the same issue?
