Sansa e250 MP3 Player starting problem

Sometimes, my sansa e250 mp3 players won't start properly. It shows up the welcome screen and then get stuck there without showing up the options such as music, vedio etc. Then it takes usually longer time to turn off. Do a Firmware upgrade first - http://www.sandisk.com/sansa/#/support-0/
Enter Sansa e200 series

If this does not work, try the other methods I suggest in my Sansa player "Tips and Tricks" - click on My Profile if you do not see the article in the solutions section (no offense to Fixya, but your website is not yet user-friendly - needs some work).

Make sure the card is a microSD card, not a microSDHC card. The e250 only works with microSD cards, 2GB and smaller.
