We are getting an error code of "PF" and can't

As LG states in troubleshooting section,
If your unit is displaying a "PF" error code, it means you've experienced a power failure. This may occur if the power supply to the washing machine is interrupted during a cycle from a power outage. To fix this, simply restart the washing cycle

Having the same code on my 5501. Have recently purchased a PF602- apparently this is not compatable with the 5501. Has anyone had success on a 'bodge' or workaround for this?

Hello my name is Heath it wil be my pleasure to assist you. The PF usually means there was a power failure and the only thing you can do is turn the power off to the unit unplugg the unit and let it sit for 15-20 minutes and then repower the unit and see if the pf goes away.

PF normally means power failure....most often caused by a faulty electronic control board. Hope this helps.

PF means Power Failure!
Unplug both units for 10 minutes, then plug them back in and try operating them. You may need an electrician to investigate why you are losing power to both units

look on the back of the unit, there should be an envelope that has a paper in it, that paper should tell you what the code means.

PF means power failure.  Usually you can hit cancel or clear and this will go away.  Let me know if this helps.
