Eonon disk not going in fully

Hi,
i had same problem check if the to screws are out.
if still happening.my problem was that wen i was screwing it into my car i used screws to long nd it must have stuffed it.
so i suggest go unscrew it nd sit it on ur lap then see if it will take the disc.
but i did have to send mine back but they sent me a new one nd thats how i realised i was doin somethin wrong thats how i come across the screws to hold it in ur car were to far in.
