I bought the sz360 electric sisscors for a project cutting up a fleece blanket to make fringe. It worked great. I put it in a drawer for the last 6 mos (not used at all) and,of course, it was dead. Plugged it into a wall outlet and left it over night to charge. No power at all in the morning. I checked the outlet and the outlet is fine. Then I tried charging in a different outlet still no luck. Even though this is 6 months old. I used for the one project mentioned and can't return it to wal-mart. Do you think that the charger is bad? I know I had to charge it when I first used it? Any suggestions? Thanks

Are you sure it was set properly. If there is something wrong tell the person who gave it to you and see if they can get a replacement.

Sometimes unplugging the blanket from the wall plug causes it to "reset"

Take it back and get another one. You'll have no problem with a direct exchange.

ask for another or your money back, heated blankets with electrical problems are a no no.

This blanket is great, it has a side made of fleece and the other is waterproof so it won't get wet from the muddy ground and it'll also keep you warm!
