Get the software from Sandisk's website - e200 series Support - get country-specfic software - are you in a country that bans music download services? Contact Rhapsody support, or go to their country-specific page for the answer to that one

Sandisk sansa fuze not connect to the pc

Could be a couple of things. There may be damage to the USB port on either the player or your PC. The cable may also be defective. If you are using an older PC, it may not use the right USB technology for the device. Newer devices use USB 2.0 which looks the same as the original USB technology, but is much faster.

Sansa e250...computer will not detect

If you are using a USB connector [that connects extra ports to your computer] it sometimes doesnt work... so if possible hook the USB sansa cable to the main ports in the back of the server. It might also work to hook it in, and then go to 'My Computer' and see if it shows up there. Good Luck =]

SANSA E250 IS NOT RECOGNISED

There are two connection settings in USB: MTP and MSC. For some reason MTP is the default, but it doesn't connect properly on all computers. Select MSC and plug the player in again, the computer will recognize sansa e250 but not show the driver just yet. It is installing recognition software (just basic drivers - nothing heavy) and it doesnt tell you what its doing until its complete. WAIT FOR IT. Once it is complete you will see both the sansa e250 and the removable memory slot in your "my computer" now you're good to go.

Sansa e250

Try changing the MODE on the device thru Settings>Mode or USB Mode.

Then try connecting to the PC again.

If that doesnt work, add to the question and ill try something else.

Best of Luck.
