Hello Liz. Thank you for using FixYa . If you could perhaps be a little bit more specific as to which button you are refering to, perhaps we can endevour to help you
What input are you using Liz? There are two things coming to mind here, a possible bad cable or you have an incorrect menu setting as related to the input signal
The manual will have assembly instructions but will NOT tell you how to find objects in the sky. Here is the manual: http://www.tasco.com/products/manuals/46060675_TML-722.pdf
I've worked with one of these before, it's really not too bad. Looking at the printer from the front, you can pull on the plastic panel with the SAMSUNG logo from the sides, and it will unsnap and flip down. The toner cartridge has a big handle on it that sticks way out in front. Give it a firm pull, and it should slide right out.
Pay attention to the direction the toner cartridge is in, because you'll push your new cartridge in the same way.
Hi Liz
The majority of problems with this particular model are associated with the power board. The drive unit is unlikely to be faulty. Do not risk further damage by immediately trying lense cleaning as suggested by some. The lense will very rarely require cleaning.
The power board can be repaired if you have some technical ability. I have posted full instructions on Fixya on how to do this but you would need to be able to use a soldering iron. These are good units that can usually be restored, so it would be a pity to throw it out for such a fault,
