Dear Sir/Madam, I Mr.krushna Chandra Mohanty want to beg your attention to dot the needful with great hope. We (Me & and my wife Mrs.Prayodhi Pani) had purchased a digital camera in may 2010 with one year warranty from Bhubaneswar(Orissa).after three months the display of the camera had been corrupted and after that we went to your customer service centre in Mumbai (Santacruz) on 25.09.2010 (Call ID CD10000003952) and given for repairing. We came to know that the problem was due to battery leakage. Earlier we were being informed that it will be done with in seven working days your people will make a call after completion of repairing but I didn?t get any call after seven working days. After several follow up I was being informed that repair cost will be Rs.2500/- and I got back my camera on 20.10.10 as it was with out any repairing as I didn?t think it is ok to pay Rs.2500/- on a camera price of Rs.7000/- with hardly using once during these three months. Another thing is that sir I was always being a customer of canon and had good faith on your brand. At the time purchase my wife was telling that we should take a Nikkon camera but I insist her to go for canon. Now she is telling about the problems. But I can?t do anything right now. Tell me sir is this result to have faith on canon. I urge you please repair my camera with free of cost as this is with in warranty period. This is not only meeting our requirement but also give happiness to my wife and we can sustain our faith on your brand. Right now I feel that this type of service you are giving is not a customer satisfaction it?s a customer frustration. I know sir after this letter I will get a good reply but not a good service as now a days everything business and there is no place of feelings and relationship in your business world. I will be happy if I will get the perfect service from you which I m expecting. Please don?t think this is a complain this only a request. Yours? Very Critical

Have you tried to delete that number? so your problem is all about that number? maybe capslock is on, or maybe your keyboard is damage. Try to buy a new outboard kyboard which is a USB type. Then reinstall your WINDOWS.

Laptop 2500

this problem may happen usually when the keyboard driver is not installed well .so try os installed from other os pack .i think this may be remove your problem otherwise it is a hardware problem and you have to visit your local dealer of your laptop
