My Medion GoPal PNA315 tells me to go to navigation.medion.com to order current map but site not accesible. Medion Australia does not even mention Navigation systems in their products. OK, what you need to do, is go to the GPS Manufacturers website, download the latest software for your unit and PC. Install this as Administrator. Now connect up your GPS via the USB cable. Then turn on the GPS, then update using this software, Reboot and using it's now, updated software, download, any updates, as may be, from the website, it is all done through the GPS's internal program.
