Hello,

I apologize you having trouble with your Jabra Blue tooth Headset.

The reason why its flashing is because it has not paired with a device or the battery may be low.

1. Take the battery out of the unit to fully reset the unit.
2. Put the battery back in the unit "turn the unit on"
3. Try using the code 0000 this is the default code to pair the headset with your hand set.

If the above steps does not work it might be because of a low battery, Thus I would recommend purchasing a new battery for it then try the steps above again.

Again we apologize your having issues with your headset, if you have any further questions please get back with me.

Thanks for using Fixya.com

Need operating instructions for Jabra BT 2080 headset

ok i hope that you are trying to connect the bt device to a phone or game system or computer, the first thing you need to do is turn the power on to what you are connecting the blue tooth device to.your phone computer or game system, next you will have to put your blue tooth device into discovery mode, now most manufactures of blue tooth devices use the power button for this feature, when you turn the power on to your device keep holding down the power button for 6 to 10 seconds this will put your device into discovery mode, usually a light will remain on,then you can search or add new device from what it is you are connecting to,it will ask you for a pin or pairing code, now most manufactures of blue tooth devices use a factory 4 digit pin pairing code, they are as follows,0000,1234,9999,or 1111 enter the code and your device should pair and work with what it is you are pairring it to .i hope this helps

I turn on my jabra, it flashed on and then there is a solid blue light. How do I fix this?

Cannot figure out how to pair my jabra with my blackberry bold......both work....just wont connect

Go into your Blackberry's Bluetooth menu and after turning Bluetooth on, scroll down to Bluetooth Options and select the item. A new menu will appear, scroll to the item which allows you to set Bluetooth to be discoverable (by default, it's hidden). You may have to click on Options to find this menu. You can set it to be permanently discoverable (a security risk) or to be discoverable for just 2 minutes.

Turn on your Jabra headset by holding down the main button until the blue light stays on constantly.

Go back to your Blackberry Bluetooth menu and click "search devices". After your Jabra shows in the results list, select it to add it to your phone.

If prompted for a passcode enter either 0000 or 1111 (varies by Jabra model and by the country it's sold in).

Your Jabra should now be paired and the constant blue light will revert to an intemittently flashing blue.

If this has resolved your problem then please let me know by taking a moment to rate my answer. If not, then please add a comment and I shall attempt to assist you further when I'm next online.

I lost the instructions. I want to pair my Jabra bt125 with my motorola razr

Hi,

1. I have the Jabra 125. You can get the manual at www.jabra.com if you have a different one.
2. Turn off your phone. Power off. The order of powering on devices is the key.
3. Press and hold your Jabra power button until it's glowing blue (not flashing blue light--but constantly on)
4. Then turn on your phone...and look for wireless devices in your phone menu.
5. Make sure you have bluetooth turned on.
6. the phone will find the Jabra, and then will ask to pair with it. passcode is 0000.
7. That's it.

Again, the key is the order of turning on devices.

Thanks.

How to pair my Jabra BT125...

Instructions for the Jabra BT125 Bluetooth

For people who are having problems pairing their cell phone with their Jabra BR125 Bluetooth, here are a few simple steps:

First, make sure that the Jabra BT is off (the light should be off). If it's on, hold the flashing button until it goes off.

Second, turn your Jabra BT on. Continue holding your Jabra button (EVEN AFTER IT STARTS FLASHING). Hold onto it UNTIL YOU GET A SOLID LIGHT.

Third, as soon as you get a solid light try pairing up with your cell phone.

Fourth add your Jabra to your cell phone's Bluetooth list by having it search for the Jabra.

Fifth, the cell will ask for a passcode. The default passcode is 0000.

Bluetooth Connection

on the jabra head set press and hold the button for about 3 seconds and then the blue light on the headset should stay illuminated. Then go to your phone and search devices, when your phone finds the jabra, you may have to put in a pairing code normally four noughts, zeros (0000), when inputed the headset blue light should change from a solid light to a intermittent flashing light, showing on your phone that the connection is succesful.
