Check the headphone ports to make sure the port is functioning.

Insert and remove a headphone plug into the headphone jacks to mkake sure the headphone jack isn't stuck and cutting off the audio tot he speakers.

If you have no audio from the speakers or from the headphones, open the setup menu and navigate to SOUND or AUDIO and make sure you are set to PCM audio and not RAW.

If none of these solutions help, you have a problem with the player that is electrical and not easily repaired.

Tries websites like Amazon.com,Ebay.com to buy an exact battery replacement.Never buy generic battery,because will not fit in ur battery compartment.Buy a generic battery only when ur user manual said so,and it allow u to use other battery brands,beside it own brand.

It`s really works

1) On the remote control type "SETUP" button
2) Select "PREFERENCES" in the menu with
3) Validate it with the button "OK"
4) Enter the code : "224455"
5) With the direction keys type:
a) Left key : < (Nothing happens)
b) Down key : v (a menu appears on the screen
with all region)
6) Select the Region : 0 (all) with the direction keys
7) Validate it with the button "OK"
8) Finish the process by typing the "SETUP" button.

No sound

If it has always done this, then there might be a problem with the speaker board or the hedphone hack (the headphone ports are designed to disconnect the speakers when a plug is inserted).

If this is a recent development, try shooting some canned air into the headphone jacks and see if it doesn't free up the contacts.

The AC adaptor is a 9v 2.2a AC adaptor. You can also use a 12v 2.0a AC adaptor.
