MY HUMAX RECEIVER MODEL IS IR 1020HD. FOR SOME CHANNELS THAT NEED CAS KEYS LIKE BISS KEYS, ITS DIFFICULT TO INPUT THE KEYS. HOW DO I INPUT THE KEYS? PLEASE ASSIST.

open menu locate bis key option and add it....there are default biss keys edit it work...

There are 4 clear buttons at the top.
You need to press the left hand one . it should light up red, than your buttons will work.

Tern off the device remove LNP cable then tern on the device again without satellite cable and wait for seconds the massage will gone. Reconnect LNP cable and enjoy it again.

its down to the arial i had same problem

Very simply throughout the "Menu" :
01- Press Menu button on remote control.
02- Select "Installation" , input safety password - normally from
factory ( 1-2-3-4) .
03- Select "Antenne Setting" , press "OK"
04- In "Edit Satellite Data", Press "<" , then ">" , now press "Add"
05- Select Satellite , press "OK"
06- In Satellites menu select "User Define"
07- When "Do you want to rename Satellite" shows up press "OK"
08- Input (Nilesat 102) by clicking letters/figuers in sequence , then
press "OK"
09- Set Parameters as defaulted, then press "OK"
10- Now in "Edit Satellite Data", press "<" ,then select the new
sat you've just entered (Nilesat 102), and press "OK"
11- Go Back to Installation Menu by pressing "<"
12- Select "Automatic Search", press "OK"
