My nokia set is x 3. i have updated my software to the latest one. today i closed my phone and after a while i started it but it is not starting. it only starts up to nokia name appears in the display but after that it blinks three times and then shut down. i have opened my battery and memory card as well as sim card and then tried to restart it without simcard and memory card. but same things happens again and again. i have also tried to charge the phone same thing happens. what should i do.

1. type *#0000# to check the current software installed in your phone.2. select options then select check for updates3. if there are available new updates just select start update.4. follow the process for software update.

If your able to switch on your phone then try this
To reset your Nokia phone please follow this.
Press 3370#
It would reset the phone to factory settings.
The default code is 12345

or

If your phone is not starting please press these buttons simultaneously.
onoff + + 3
It would reset the phone to factory settings.
The default code is 12345

If still the problem persist scan your phone for any virus.Your phone is affected by virus.If stilll problem persist you have to flash your phone.

It may be due to software problem or due to a virus
there r 2 solutions for this problem....
1. Update ur mobile software using the latest Nokia Software Updater present in Nokia PC Suit (update).
This is ur own risk. U should have a stable internet connection and the full charging of ur mobile battery as if ur mobile update is interrupted, ur phone no longer works. So Be Careful.
2. Simple go to ur nearest nokia care center and give Rs.300/- if u dont have warrent and get ur mobile updated. If u have warrenty, it is free .

Dear u can find the latest firmware update available for ur phone at the nokia.com/softwareupdate.You can update if any update is available via NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATER.

You should check if you have upgraded your Nokia Phone to latest available firmware, this should fix the problem, you can check the current handset firmware in the handset menu -> settings -> Phone -> Phone mgmt ->Device Updates

Select option menu and click on check updates

You can also install the latest firmware through Nokia PC software on your computer, remember to take a backup of your stuff
