Was sufing the net and my phone frove up. I removed the battery to reboot, because that sometime works, but now all it does is when I turn it on the phone goes to the motorola logo and then freezs up. I can not trun the phone off unless I remove the battery

You should get the phone to a service center because most probably the phone's firmware was corrupted and needs to be reflashed.
However you may check if the phone can be saved by issuing the following command. Close the phone first. Now press (and keep pressed) both " * " and " # " keys. With these 2 keys pressed, press the power button (red phone). Your phone should enter bootloader mode. Try this combination some 3-4 times if you don't succed at first and remember your phone must be closed when you begin. If the phone enters in bootloader mode it would be relative easy for a service center to fix it by reflashing it's rom and this woun't cost too much, otherwise it may turn out to be expensive and difficult to save the phone.

I've talked to boost mobile and they said I need to send it to motorola. My problem is I can't be without a phone. I also don't want to purchase a repplacement phone, if I don't have to.
I was texting on my phone and then all of a sudden it said network was busy and powered off when I tried to turn it back on it stayed on the hellomoto screen and I couldn't turn it off unless i took the battery out. It just will not go passed the hellomoto screen.
