In the search box type reseating printhead and click Search.
One of the results will be "How do I reseat/remove the printhead?"
Click it. A step by step (with animation) will be shown. Just install the new printhead when it calls to reseat the printhead.
Make sure you do the printhead alignment after installing. if you are unsure about how to do this, go back to the support page above and search for align printhead. There will be step by step instructions for this too.
That is a purge system error, either you need a new purge assembly or there is a paper scrap caught in there stopping it. The purge unit is on the right where the printhead parks at shutdown and where the printhead is cleaned.
If you can reach in and get the printhead to move to the center, you need to remove the printhead and see if it powers on. Many times a defective printhead will keep it from powering up.

this problem also occurs if the cartridges r near to empty and replacing the cartridges solves this problem.
