Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

There is most likely a short in the amplifier that will need to be repaired before the unit will power on normally.

The 4GB card is an SDHC card and will not work in the 735. The 2GB card should format in the camera. Make sure it's not write-protected. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The error message is due to the lens issue. the lens might have stuck due to moisture condensation or dust. It may require service to resolve the issue.
If you wish to resolve it yourself, you may use a soft cloth to clear the dust by manually pulling out the lens part..
If it doen't help, it may require opening the Camera

Hi there please follow the steps and let me know the result.
1. Ensure batteries are fully charged & clean the battery connector point in side the battery compartment.
2. Look carefully between the lens and the camera body for any sand, dirt or any damaged etc.
3. Try turning the camera with the lens facing down and shake to dislodge anything stuck
4. Try removing batteries and memory card, wait 5 minutes and refit the battery only.
5. Now turn on camera( with out card ) and see ,if working then fix the memory card & again turn on the camera. If working then fine . Otherwise format the memory card and fix back in camera again & try. Make sure before format the memory card take a back up all photos in your computer then format. If no luck then reset or restore the camera setting by pressing Menu key for 2 sec .. in not done the press both Menu & self time key for 2 - 4 sec.

when you open the front door you,ll find under the disply a smal hole put eny nail in it a doller sign will apeer in the upper left corner of the disply pres
star , 4,star you will see another disply press the right arrow till you find error word press on it and then press star (astresk. the disply will turn off and on again theis error might be from the heater lamp if
it comes again change the hamps

Lens of camera is not being open properly, so it gives "access" message. Try this trick, while puching power up button, tapp the lens or pull upward. Please don't give much force as it can be damaged easily.
