Facebook is blocked in Iran. Your cousin can use vpn to unblock facebook. Unfortunately, it is hard to buy vpn in Iran but if you can help your cousin this will be the best solution. Works fine. Safe and reliable.

Facebook is filtered in iran how can I enter facebook in iran?

Try using a free online proxy, something like this. If the proxy websites aren't blocked then it may just work.

You could also try typing this into your browser https://69.63.189.11

It all depends on how they block it.

Try to access facebook with www.facebook.com to see if that works ok.

Dxlb-19 screen adjustment My monitor has worked perfectly for years but has now started flashing up the on screen adjustment main menu panel.
