Unfortunately, this is either caused by a malware or a virus. An operating system cannot be deleted easily unless you are someone technically proficient to do so, or you probably deleted an integral file of the operating system.

You can try to get your hard drive and try to salvage your files by using it as a slave hard drive in another desktop. From there, you can have it reformatted and reinstall Windows 7.

I understand that you are having issue with the fonts in windows 7 64 bit operating system. You can restore the default font and remove any changes that you've made to your display settings from Appearance and Personalization.
Here's how:

a. Open Fonts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Fonts.
b. In the left pane, click Font settings.
c. Click Restore default font settings.

Note

This also removes all manual changes that you've made to your display settings.

Refer the links for the information on;

Removed and reformatted hard drive, now i cannot install any operating system to it. The drive is recognizable but wont install any OS. windows xp, windows7, even Linix disk cannot install bootable...

Try deleting the entire partition without formatting it. The drive should then show up as "RAW" to any OS you decide to install. If that doesn't work, post more info. The drive is recognized by what, exactly? How far do you get in each of the installs? Good luck.

Hello Sir, I purchased Acer Aspire 5745G two weeks ago. Yesterday My brother installed Fedora 12 and Windows7 was already instlled in it... Acer Customer Care Service suggested me to use Windows7 only. So...

The problem is with your Windows Boot file "bot.ini file" This file can become damage, corrupted or deleted for a number of reaons, (here seems the installation of Fedora 12) and id usually brought to your attention to by an error message befoe booting windows, the same message you are facing. there are two ways of removing it. 1-You can format your OS and re install it. or 2- repair your windows using the windows OS Cd.

I can not install this printer in windows7 operating system

Hello.
Unfortunately, Xerox doesn't yet offer Windows 7 support for your device. However, they announced a release of the Windows 7 driver until June 2010.
Still, you can try installing the Windows Server 2008 driver:

Now ... are you sure your device is not 6110MFP? Because Xerox Phaser 6110MFP does have Windows 7 support and you can download the driver here:
