Sounds like a bearing seal is going. The seal has ruptured and grease of seeping out. The loud noise is the bearings rubbing against each other without adequate grease to reduce the friction. Failure will come soon if it is not fixed. The vibration is coming from the friction and possibly damaged ball bearings .

Have you noticed any grease or oil stains on clothes coming out of the washing machine?

In my personal experience, heavy vibration and loud noise during spin cycles has been caused by the bearing being broken and further damage caused by running on a broken bearing. If that is the case it is a costly repair, I had to get a new washing machine.

Washing machines are simple to take a part to a small extent, just remember in what order you took things off if you decide to investigate further your self.

Possible that the INLET valve is also making noise due to faulty coil, check , confirm by disconnecting the valve.

It is so common that the washing machine can make terrible noise in many ways and is a common fault. If you have noticed that machine is vibrating when it is running then the motor /drum suspension has to be inspected. Also the suspensions which include the shock absorbers and springs, the body clamps must be checked to be in correct alignment and not changed in position. Check the motor bearings If your washing machine is making a high-pitched whine or squealing noise while running, the main culprit is usually worn motor bearings. To check the motor bearings, remove the belt and run the motor by itself, listening for the noise. If it makes the noise, than the problem is most likely the result of worn motor bearings and has nothing to do with issues in the rest of the washer. Check for Obstructions Sometimes coins, bra underwires and other metal objects come loose in the wash and become stuck between the tub and the drum. Using a flashlight, take a good look inside the washing machine. If you see dents, scratches or dings, that's a sign that there either are or have been items bouncing around in there that can make a horrible racket. Check for Grease Spatter A high-pitched squealing can be caused when the grease thins around the bearing that's located under the tub. Open up the washing machine and check the interior for grease spatters or spots. That could mean that the grease has thinned out around the bearing and it's making the noise because of rubbing. Check the Drum for Irregularities Spin the drum by hand, listening for the noise. If it makes the noise in the same spot with each rotation, the problem could be with the washing machine drum itself. Parts of the drum can corrode over time, leaving it vulnerable to cracks or rust.

Well, the only time the washer (speedqueen) is noisy on spin is if one or both the bearings are faulty. Normally when you get a leak, it means the hub/flange and seal kit need replacement and this also includes the top bearing because when soap suds leak past the seal assembly it drips directly onto the bearing. The acidic properties in the soap suds eats the grease in the bearing which ends up becoming defective. One can also get an anoying squeek if a bottom base gasket is worn or removed. This would be audible even on wash cycle.Conclusion, check the bearing on top of gearbox.

hi,
this is a generic problem with top-loading washing machines. when the distribution of load is not uniform, it gives sound when spinning. if it produces noise even after equal distribution of clothes, the problem lies in the suspension. this is not a major fault, and can be put up with, rather than spending dollars on fixing it. this will in no way cause any special wear and tear for the machine.

There is a device called an Oldham coupling that connects the output of the electric motor to the transmission on the tub. It uses rubber vibration dampers in the coupling. Get some WD 40 and spray it generously on the coupling. You will have to tilt the machine nearly onto its side to see and spray the coupling so get some help.

its a simple solution just remove the brown colour clamp at the bottom of the machine with a screw driver
