You can use EPM(easy printer Manager) or smart panel. These files can down loaded from the samsung site. install and run in the PC it will show the status of the printer.
The red light blinks and printing is possible means get ready to replace the toner cart. with a new one.

you would need to replace the entire lamination assembly, it would not be worth cost for parts or time, buy same model printer used or trade in your current for discount on a Datacard CP80 Plus Printer TulsaBiz.net for more info
press the plus key again, it should work. ie put a number in and press the plus key twice, it should double, and again it should double again and so on
