Other than your machine being out of time and needing service, following are suggestions to try:
Be sure to use the correct type of needle for the thread and fabric you are sewing, ie sharp, top-stitch, embroidery, universal, or microtex for woven fabrics and ball-point needle for fine knits.
AVOID old or bargain bin thread.
Remove the top thread from the machine.
ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot and rethread from the beginning.
Check that the bobbin is turning the correct direction in the bobbin case and the bobbin case is properly threaded.
Set the top tension to the midway point.
Re-test your machine and tweak the top tension so the top and bobbin threads meet in the middle of the fabric.
If the thread continues to hang up, take your machine for service and adjustment.

Thread test
Test your thread quality to start, thread your machine and LIFT the presser foot (this opens the tension disks). Pull your top thread straight back. If you feel no tension no mater how much thread you pull, your thread is good. If that your machine passes that test, then let me know, we can go to step 2. If not, try different spool of thread, same test until you get a smooth pull (tip: always check your thread this way when you thread your machine)
Step 2:
Pull on your threaded bobbin thread while it’s in the machine. Does it pull smooth and even? If so, go to step 3. If not, try a new bobbin (bobbins get bent or distorted if wound too tight).
Clean thoroughly in the hook and bobbin case area and oil 1-2 drop is all.
Thread knotting on the bobbin can be a lot of things but here's some guidance:
Tension:
If the thread is loose on the bottom of the fabric, it's actually the top thread is too loose. Think of 2 little elves playing tug of war in your machine, one on toip and one underneath. If you have loops on bottom, the top needs to pull harder (tighten top tension)
Jamming bobbin case:
If it is damaged from turning out of place once, it could have rough spots on it that makes the thread hang on it, and keeps making it turn over and over. Use a finger nail board (fine sanding) and smoothall rough spots. Then reset the bobbin case taking care to put the notch in the bobbin case in alignment with the proper spot in the machine (basically 5 o’clock) when looking at the round area where the bobbin case goes.

The tread only breaks in the needle. what can i do . i don't get to sew anything . I tread the needle and get everything ready and start the machine and as quickly as that the tread is broken and the machine has not sewn at all.

Well I'm assuming this is not a 905 Serger. Here are some tips for bobbin problems on a Viking sewing machine:
Check that it is threaded correctly (both top and bottom) making sure that the upper thread is in the takeup lever. Watch the needle as you slowly turn the handwheel counter clockwise (toward you) and the needle point touches the fabric (make sure presser foot is down). Is the thread still relatively taunt? If it is loose, the upper thread tension unit does not have enough tension. Check the areas where the thread goes and make sure you remove any loose threads or fluff which could be inhibiting the tension discs from closing over the thread. If the tension unit still is not tightening enough, the tension unit may need to be replaced or the circuit board replaced. If everything is ok in the upper thread area, now look at the bobbin area. With no fabric, watch as the needle enters the bobbin area. Does it go down and the upper thread catch the bobbin thread and pulls it to the surface? Check for anything preventing the bobbin thread from being pulled up to the surface through the needle plate. If you have still not been able to resolve the problem suggest you take it to an authorized husqvarna viking dealer for service. Always have the presser foot up when you thead any sewing machine.
Make sure the flat side of the needle shaft is facing to the back of the machine.
Don't do anything to the bobbin tension. Set the top thread tension to what is recommended by the mfg.
Make sure the thread from the bobbin is feeding from the bobbin in the correct direction and through the correct guides.
After inserting the bobbin and threading the machine, lower the needle (hold on to the thread tail) and then raise it by turning the hand wheel by hand to pull up the bobbin thread.
Gently pull the two threads under the presser foot and to the back of the sewing machine before you begin to sew.
