This indicates there is a paper in the fuser area(very Hot section be cautious).1. open the front door.2, open the left side door. look inside for a green plastic handle & lift up he metal guide plate sometimes the paper gets wrapped around the upper heat roller or curled up and around the separator claws. if so be very careful not to scratch the rollers or break the sep claws. there is a green handle/knob located in the machine that can be turned, this turns the fuser rollers and makes it a little easier to remove a fuser paper jam. After you remove the paper jam close all the doors/panels you first opened. the copier should reset itself. I have seen the pj errors change to a new one indicating another pj still exists. if so look again and remove as indicate by the Lcd screen. Please leave positive feedback if this helps
