SOURCE: touch screen on my Garmin Nuvi 660 just stopped functioning

If after a calibration the screen fails to respond then its the scrapheap i am afraid The cost of fix exceeds the value to replace
You could try a claim on insurance to have it replaced, especially if it was accidently dropped

Not touch sensative

In 90% of the cases it's the digitizer (the touch sensor that is mounted in front of the screen). You can try to replace it yourself or send it to a third party gps repair service.

Cracked screen

The only way to repair it is to send it to Garmin for service. They recently told me the flat rate to repair my streetpilot 550c was $250. (!)

My garmin nuvi 670 touch screen is not calibrated

Have you tried using the screen calibration command? Press the Wrench symbol, then the Display symbol and then Calibrate screen. Press the dots as it tells you to and you should now have a calibrated touchscreen.
