Hello im the owner of iriver H300, what i mean is that it goes dead after 4 to 5 sec. (the worst part is that it only powers on when it is connected to an adaptor.) and it always says connected and the screen is very dim... is it possible to charge h300 with an adaptor? my charge got lost, and i dont know where to purchase new charger... thank you for the time and effort.. godspeed

Sir thank you for your reply, im from phillipines. and i brought my h300 in korea. the frimware upgrades are available here, but still im not really aware of using it.. what does upgrades do to my mp3? yes sir i need a manual, and i prefer english. it has a lot of problems, first, the screen is very dim, second it always says connected, and third the battery or adaptor has a problem, my technician says the battery is in good condition.. sir i really need your help, my h300 is the only thing i brought in korea it is very important to me. thanks

Do you need a manual, and if so what spoken language do you prefer?

This is the A/C power adapter requirements. a visit to Radio Shack with this info and your player should yield you an A/C adapter Spec is:
AC Adaptor DC 5.0V, 2.0A
