What do you mean? It is disabled and need to connect to iTunes? If so, you just don't need to do that. You can put your iPhone into recovery mode then exit to fix this. Try the tool ReiBoot to enter and exit iOS recovery mode. Tenorshare ReiBoot
connect it to itunes. it may need you to either update it or at worst, restore it. but if you have everything backed up on your computer then it wont be a problem!
