I am trying to use autotype delta film for silkscreen. The film will not feed thru the manual feed in the printer even with the drive set on thick transparency/film. I also have trouble with 32# paper, but regular 20# paper feeds fine. This is a printer I bought recently on ebay. Any ideas?

Try running the film through the printer with no image before imaging with graphic. The film will be "pre shrunk" so that when the image is actually printed on the film, the shrinkage will be minimized. This should work unless it is a roller slippage issue.
