Amazing Amanda instruction manual

I can tell you this if you find the switch that is on Amanda back this turns her on. You must be in a quiet room. You have to touch her one of her hands to make her speak. The right one should do the trick. This link has a lady talking about the doll and going through instructions setting up the doll. We have tried the reset button and also squeezed both of her palms. What else should we try? Any suggestions?
