Please call your telecom provider and ask them to give you your PUK code. Try one more time to remember your SIM code and try it out, if it is wrong the phone will be blocked, but with the PUK code you can unlock your SIM and the phone will ask you to provide a new pin code. This time make a new SIM code and write it down somewhere where only you can find it. (I use Keepass, a free open source password vault on my main computer for almost all my passwords)

Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000


Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.

first go to phone settings then to security settings and then to lock code and give default code (refer manual if not known) and keep it on....

You have to ask the puk code from your operator. PUK code comes when you put pin code incorrectly three times in a row and thats why it is locked.

They can give you unlock code and after that you can set new pin code.

HI If you are asking for pin contact your service provider , he will give you a default pin .

If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Do not try PUK(new pin code) code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim.

Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.
Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you.
There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider can give it nobody else in this world nor any software

call ur mobile service customer care number and ask ur puk code from them...they will ask ur last 4digit sim card number...give tat number to them...they will give puk code ...use tat code and continue ur operation
